Yes — the Custom Order page shows a live preview as you upload your photo and add text. For bulk/corporate orders, we also send a design proof over email/WhatsApp before printing.

Yes. TohfaCards never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank details — all payments are handled directly by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant, encrypted checkout.
You can request changes or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting support, as printing begins shortly after. Once printed, orders cannot be cancelled — see our Shipping & Refund Policy for details.
Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk orders — ID cards for institutions, gift cards for corporate events, and Scan & Pay cards for multi-outlet businesses. Contact us for a quote.
